Sam Lee, MBA, Director of Operations

Samuel Lee serves as the Director of Operations for Midwest Cardiovascular Institute (MCI). Prior to joining MCI, Lee held a leadership role at Northwestern Medicine and managed several strategic initiatives for multi-specialty practice operations, organizational alignment and integration, new market development, IT system implementation, service line development, and program management.

Lee earned a Master’s of Business Administration degree in Health Care Administration from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Science from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.

Lee is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
