Meechai Tessalee, MD, FACC, FSCAI

Dr. Meechai Tessalee is a board-certified interventional cardiologist specializing in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, preventive cardiology, and the treatment of complex cardiovascular disease.

He earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College and completed his internal medicine residency, cardiology fellowship, and interventional cardiology fellowship at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Dr. Tessalee has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career, including Department of Medicine Chair and Medical Director of Inpatient Cardiology. He has also served as a principal investigator and sub-investigator in multiple national cardiovascular clinical trials and research studies.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions and is dedicated to providing advanced, compassionate cardiovascular care to patients throughout the Chicagoland area.
