At MCI, we are dedicated to ensuring your visit with us is easy and organized. You can schedule an appointment online or by calling 866-624-2778. Once your appointment is scheduled, we may reach out to you for additional information. You will also receive a text message for pre-check in. This allows you to fill out all of your information before your appointment and will speed up the registration process. 

You will also receive appointment reminders via text. Please be sure to bring your ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications. Our clinics are open Monday-Friday except on holidays. 

Missed appointments

We ask that you kindly let us know 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule. A 48-hour notice is requested for procedures.

Insurance accepted

Most major insurances are accepted. If you have questions, please contact our office in advance of your visit.
