Michael Brottman, MD

Dr. Michael Brottman is a cardiologist at Midwest Cardiovascular Institute in Elmhurst.

Dr. Brottman earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Illinois in Urbana, Illinois. He received his medical doctorate from the Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine at the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois. His internship and residency in internal medicine was completed at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, where he also completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Brottman is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and cardiac computed tomography angiography (CTA). He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians. He has served as a principal and sub-principal investigator in more than 30 research trials.
