Michael Trybula, MD

Dr. Michael Trybula is a cardiologist at Midwest Cardiovascular Institute in Elmhurst.

Dr. Trybula received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He attended Indiana University of School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana where he received his doctorate. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His fellowship in cardiovascular medicine was completed at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Trybula is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, lipidology, and cardiac computed tomography. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Physicians, the National Lipid Association and the American Heart Association. He has contributed to numerous publications and abstracts, most recently published in the Journal of American College of Cardiology: Cardiovascular Imaging.
