Diana Ulici, MHA, CPCS, VP of Operations

Diana is responsible for the executive oversight and leadership of MCI Operations, including practice management, diagnostics, and the Virtual Care Center. Diana develops and facilitates future growth for MCI and participates in strategic planning, new projects and initiatives.

Diana joined MCI in 2022 as Practice Administrator of the Naperville practice, where she was responsible for day-to-day management, revenue cycle, employee engagement, and building our new blood lab. Prior to working at MCI, Diana served as the Manager of Medical Staff Credentialing for Cook County Health. She previously held various roles in operations and project management.

Diana holds a Master of Health Service Administration (MHA) from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania.  She is a member of the National and Illinois Association of Medical Staff Services as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and holds a Certificate of Leadership from the National Society of Leadership.
